Improving People's Lives: Emma Harrison

Emma Harrison recently took part in 'Rich Famous and Jobless' on BBC1 at the beginning of March. it was a follow up to last years successful Rich, famous and homeless in which four celebrities went to live on the streets on their own and after four days buddied up with a homeless person.

Emma was a presenter and it was her job to make four celebs unemployed and hand over their benefit payment whilst following them on their journey.

Emma realisation at doing the programme was that the benefit system has to change, making it simpler and it has to support people who are trying hard to find their way back to work.
